Title: Asymptotic theory of unbounded closed convex sets

Abstract:

In this talk, we will first discuss the Minkowski problem for unbounded closed convex sets in C, where C is a pointed closed convex cone with nonempty interior in n-dimensional Euclidean space. We will also present an asymptotic view of the C-pseudo-cone, which allows us to decompose a C-pseudo-cone E into the sum of a C-asymptotic set A and the C-starting point z of E.

朱保成，陕西师范大学，数学与统计学院，教授。曾受邀出席2014年世界数学家大会卫星会议 (ICM, 首尔) 并做30分钟报告，受邀出席2019年世界华人数学家大会 (ICCM, 北京) 并做45分钟报告。2017年入选湖北省人才计划“楚天学者”楚天学子，2020年入选陕西省人才计划特聘教授。
